Mindsight Wellbeing provides psychological support to individuals (aged 18 years and older) who are seeking assistance with:
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Low mood and depression
  • Adjustment and transitions
  • Grief, loss and bereavement
  • Trauma
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Relationship concerns
  • Self-esteem, confidence and personal development
  • Stress arising from infertility and associated treatment
  • Workplace concerns
  • Improving resilience​

Mindsight Wellbeing is unable to provide services or reports under TAC, Workcover or other Insurances Schemes. Mindsight Wellbeing is also unable to provide services for clients requiring support for legal proceedings, clients requiring court reports and clients requiring supportive documentation for applications for firearm licenses or capacity for work assessments.

Fees

Mindsight Wellbeing is registered to provide services under Medicare, Private Health, and Victims of Crime.

Medicare
If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare will provide a rebate for up to ten sessions a calendar year (where appropriate)

Private Health
You may be eligible for a rebate through your private health insurance depending on your level of cover.
