The Strength Profile measures 60 strengths across performance, energy and use and reveals an individual's Realised and Unrealised Strengths, Learned Behaviours and Weaknesses.
The Strength Profile debrief is an opportunity to make sense of the profile and gain an understanding of how strengths play out for the individual. Particular attention is drawn to Realised and Unrealised Strengths as these are the attributes that are performed well and give energy. Within the debrief, individuals gain an increase in self awareness, and walk away with a 'next steps' plan. To continue building self awareness, a post debrief reflection booklet is provided.
