Psychological support in Melbourne’s inner west
Mindsight Wellbeing is a psychology practice offering individual therapy for adults who are seeking a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences, patterns, and inner world.
In therapy, there is space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what is unfolding. Mindsight Wellbeing focuses on supporting self-awareness, resilience, and personal strengths, while creating space to explore what is happening for you and how you might move forward in ways that feel meaningful.
You may be considering therapy if life feels overwhelming or uncertain despite your best efforts to cope. You might also be drawn to therapy as a way to understand yourself more deeply, or to explore a reflective, strengths-based approach to psychological support.
Being human isn’t always easy. We don’t get it right all the time, and that’s okay. We feel deeply, we hide, we build walls, we stumble, we crack, we break, and sometimes we get lost.
Therapy offers a space to slow things down and make sense of these experiences. At Mindsight Wellbeing, we are here to walk alongside you, to help break down those walls and create a space where you can truly be seen. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers, all the time. It’s about creating space for understanding and growth as you explore, learn, and find your way forward.
Getting started
If you are considering therapy and would like to explore whether it feels like a good fit, you are warmly welcome to get in touch. An initial appointment provides space to talk about what has brought you to therapy and to ask any questions you may have.
Reaching out does not commit you to ongoing therapy. Finding the right fit can take time, and therapy always moves at a pace guided by you.
We Are Bringing Back our Winter Knit Project!!
At Mindsight Wellbeing, we embrace kindness, gratitude, and giving back.
We are bringing back our Winter Knit Project - Proudly Supporting Big Group Hug! We are seeking 25cm by 25cm squares in a chunky knit wool (12-15mm needles).
We will combine all squares to make as many blankets as we can for children in our local community to stay warm and cosy this winter. Each square is symbolic of how acts of kindness can combine together and create ripples.
We are also seeking homemade knitted and crocheted beanies and scarves for children!
All squares and knitted items need to be dropped off by April 30, 2026
