Laura is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a full member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi). She is currently completing her Clinical Psychology Registrar program
Laura has experience working in private psychology clinics, community health organisations and schools. Laura has experience working with adolescents and adults who present with various mental health concerns and challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, social difficulties, grief and trauma.
Laura values the therapeutic relationship and believes in building strong rapport with her clients as the foundation for therapy and intervention. Laura employs a person-centered therapy approach
tailored to meet the client needs and draws on components of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based and mindfulness approaches.
